I was introduced to Power Mobility through the NDIS, when I was fitted for my first power wheelchair – the Quantum Q6 Edge Heavy Duty Power Drive Chair with tilt. This was my first experience with Power Mobility, but with the fantastic service I got, I hope I’m with them for many years to come! They went above and beyond, and worked hand in hand with my therapist to put my mind at ease. I cannot praise them highly enough!

I knew nothing about the company and even less about power wheelchairs, but their sales rep put me on the right track and gave me peace of mind. Nothing was too much trouble, and he even answered some of my ‘stupid’ questions.

My new chair will allow me to leave the house on my own and go to the shops, without having to have someone there at all times. I would absolutely recommend Power Mobility if you want the best service and help in Australia.

Life has become liveable again

After a week with my new powerchair, I am absolutely over the moon! My new Q6 Edge has made such an unbelievable difference to my life. I feel I can go wherever I want to go, whenever I want to go, especially now that I’ve conquered both bus and train.

Life has suddenly become liveable again, not having to push myself up hill and down dale. Thank you very much for your help in getting me this wonderful piece of equipment!

Power Mobility made the whole process easy and hassle free, which is a nice change from other power chair companies. I recently purchased a Magic Mobility Frontier V6 chair and I can honestly say it’s the best power chair I’ve ever had. It has tilt, transfer tilt, seat lift features and the cushion is very comfortable. It has changed my life immensely, and there is no stopping me now! The Power Mobility sales rep, Paul, was super fantastic. He is very knowledgeable in all things to do with mobility chairs. He helped me choose the right chair for my needs and upon delivery explained all the features again. Thank you so much for your help. I have already recommended Power Mobility to two people and both will be purchasing power chairs in the near future!

I purchased a Magic Mobility Frontier V6 with seat lift, recline and all wheel drive tyres. This chair is probably the best I’ve had since my first power chair over 25 years ago!

Power Mobility has been so helpful with after sales service, ensuring that the chair fits my needs. This has been such a refreshing experience, after dealing with dodgy dealers in the past. The Power Mobility sales rep has been fantastic at following up and keeping me comfortable, whilst having the adventurer in me fulfilled!

My experience with this company has been fantastic – and more affordable than other companies with less features. Oh, and the USB ports are life changing! I don’t need to carry mobile charging devices for my communication device and my phone, which is my lifeline!!

My new Quantum Edge 2.0 power chair with iLevel has the capability of getting me to eye level with people, so instead of people looking down when they talk to me, they can look me in the eye.

I have nothing but praise for your team, and particularly the sales rep, I dealt with, Paul. The customer service has been second to none, as has Paul’s knowledge and willingness to help. In my dealings with him, Paul has gone out of his way to assist me in any way possible.

I’ve always had a strong, positive outlook, but my life since disability has been extremely isolated and difficult.This powerchair (Quantum Edge 2.0 with iLevel) is not only much more comfortable than my manual chair, helping to ease some of my pain, but not needing to wheel myself means I can get around much easier.This chair has allowed me to reclaim my independence.In fact, after a little practice and guidance from my carers, I left the house entirely alone for the first time in seven years,and can now be seen regularly “bombing” along the ten minute walk to my local shops. It’s been truly life changing and invigorating.

I’ve been a customer of Power Mobility and GS Electronics (their service company) for more than ten years. The staff are always very helpful and friendly, and go out of their way to help me in an emergency.

If I have a problem with my chair, they have no problem travelling to where I am to repair it, so I can stay mobile. And when I travel outside Queensland, they always provide me with lots of information regarding who to contact if I have a problem with my chair.

I have known the staff at Power Mobility and GS Electronics (maintenance and service) for 20 years, since my spinal cord injury. These people are focussed on making sure we have customised products to meet our needs and supporting those products during their lifetime.

As a high care user, my wheelchair requires extensive customisation and the staff at Power Mobility have always been able to design, modify and fit all of the extra control systems I need. These customisations are always of the highest quality and stand up to years of constant use.

GS Electronics have installed and maintained complicated electronic control systems that are very robust. Whenever I have had need for maintenance and repairs, they have always attended to these callouts promptly, minimised the down time and ensured I maintain my quality of life. Nothing is ever too hard.
